Greentom has partnered with Australia Post and Startrack Express and Data Response for all our shipping solutions. Proudly supporting Australian businesses to ensure reliability and traceability is front of mind when supplying your products. 

Due to the weight and significant local shipping rates, Greentom has made our best efforts to keep shipping costs to a bare minimum. We proudly include free freight for all full prams purchased from Greentom.com.au.

​Shipping time for metro areas is 3 - 5 business days but could be more for regional deliveries. Greentom and our logistics partners will ensure all orders received are dispatched by the next business day. If your details are complete, we will be able to provide tracking details electronically for you to follow your delivery.

​Average delivery days for standard metro deliveries in Aus will be up to a maximum of 5 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact support@greentom.com.au.
